I gave 5 stars in advance because I had already used these spokes and was very happy with the quality. My friend and I ordered spokes for two BMX bikes. I sent him a sealed package of 188 mm spokes. The shipping box was undamaged, but after opening the spoke package, we found only 17 spokes instead of the 40 stated on the label. So 23 spokes are missing. I hope the seller will send the missing spokes.

After receiving the wrong spokes, there was no response even after 3 business days. I ordered spokes with a length of 260mm, but 255mm were delivered. Despite indicating the urgency, I didn't even receive a confirmation of receipt for the complaint via email. Very disappointing... Correction: Received info via email that the correct spoke length is on the way... I will reassess once they arrive. Update: Replacement delivery has arrived. Aside from the poor response speed to my complaint, everything is now okay. Therefore, I adjusted the rating to 4 out of 5 stars.

Very happy with products and pricing. Only regret I should have ordered a few more spares.
