During a very pleasant phone conversation about a product that was not in stock at that moment, my questions were answered and there was thoughtful consideration. When the product became available, I was notified about it. Ordering is very easy and the delivery is fast. Great!
We only had problems with the payment via bank contact. We find the shipping costs to Belgium a bit expensive compared to some other web shops. We are eagerly awaiting our order.
