I found this text: If you smell a pleasant aroma reminiscent of green or ripe olives, you can confidently dive into the kitchen. If you smell a musty odor that reminds you of rotten fruit or dirty socks, your olive oil is past its expiration date, and you should not use it anymore. And I realized that this oil is not good for my skin. From a Turkish acquaintance, I had Moroccan oil directly, and it smelled nothing like this, just like fresh air. This one is not good.
