What a fantastic service from Soxs.co! I placed my order on Wednesday, and it was delivered neatly on Thursday. After I noticed that one of the packages had an incorrect item, I sent an email to customer service. Within half an hour, I received a call back, and it was resolved quickly and wonderfully! We will receive the new Beanie tomorrow (and we get to keep the 'wrong' one to give as a gift to someone who could use some warmth).
