Customer service is easily reachable via email. However, calling is still faster. Furthermore, I find it a shame that you don't have a body butter in coconut scent, and the neutral one is terrible to use! It's either way too hard, making it impossible to get anything out, or it keeps crumbling, leaving everything underneath covered in bits!
I am very satisfied. Since I started using the shampoo bar, I have experienced much less hair loss, and my hair also shines much more beautifully than before. I advise all of you to try these products as well.

I was very skeptical about a shampoo bar and conditioner, but it's really great. It took a little getting used to, but it's truly nice, and the scent lingers for a long time.
