In practice, I find it a bit inconvenient. If you have a lot of hair, you have to rub the bar between your hands for a long time to get enough lather. I didn't expect this. I'm finishing up my 'old' shampoo and will fully switch to a shampoo bar! The body bar is also definitely a recommendation. My skin reacts well to it, and my psoriasis remains nicely under control! I haven't used shower foam for years due to allergies. This works great and smells good.

Since I started using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair stays beautiful, shiny, flowing smoothly, and clean for much longer.
