I ordered 3 sample packs with a shampoo bar and a conditioner bar. The packages arrived quickly, though I don't remember exactly how fast. It took a little while to figure out the best way to use the bars, but now I think they're amazing! They smell great and my hair is wonderfully soft. No more plastic bottles for me!

Very satisfied and I smell nice like coconut. It takes a bit of getting used to not having foam with the conditioning, but you can feel that your hair is becoming softer.
