The shampoo lathers easily, but not excessively. The conditioner is easy to apply. It has a nice scent.

I used the shampoo and conditioner once. My hair is softer and less dry. There are more curls. The shampoo works fine. I ran the conditioner through my hair several times. Using my hands, the result was minimal. Even after going through my hair once, I didn't feel much difference. After that, I thoroughly worked it through, and eventually, I got the impression that there was something in it.
