    I've ordered 3 times so far. Order processing went really fast in all cases and I received my order either the next day or within 48 h. Packaging is awesome too (so far, I have received free testers no matter the purchase and a bonus gift above certain amount). Needless to say, quality-price ratio for K Beauty products is excellent.

    Yes! I accidentally ordered something double and it got removed from my order immediately after I contacted someone via chat. I appreciated the fast and friendly customer service. The products also arrived in a perfect state. One point I would like to make is I wish paper was used instead of plastic to fill up the extra space in the box. Hope you can consider it!
