    Very very bad customer service, i have to follow up on my order by myself and there was days sometimes to get an answer. And the didn’t care or try to make things right or even feel the need to, I stopped buying the products from their APP.

    I love the products! But some of the stuff my very very sensitive skin needs is out of stock for months or end (or the back in stock reminders don’t work?). Also I miss the same day DHL delivery that they used to offer
