    More than 3 weeks after, I'm still waiting to receive it. There was a delay 2 weeks ago and I don't know anything else about it, just that I already payed it.

    I bought something and then I realized I did a mistake. I canceled in less than an hour, I sent an email, in their website added a note and all that, they didn't see any of those and then the day after I received the tracking information. I sent an email again, and after a day, I received a reply "the process is automated and we can't do anything, you can return it" mind you the delivery was 9 euro, and I need to pay the same to return a 20 Euro game :D Also the shipment status is still "processing!" find a better online retailer that care about the customers.
