Half an hour after I made my order at 09:04 in the morning I emailed HGS and told them that I would like to modify it. Nobody responded and at around 12:30 I get an email that my initial order is shipped. I called HGS and after many attempts I come through just to hear that there is nothing they can do and that it is unfortunate because they had a lot to do and couldn’t react quick enough. Now I have to wait several weeks for the package to arrive and to be sent back automatically and then I can make a new order. HGS doesn’t want the ship the correct package before the old one arrives and they don’t want to offer me to cover the shipping cost if I make a new correct order. I have done many deals online before but seldom with a company that is as hard to reach and as reluctant to rectify their mistakes.
