The product is very good; I would give this shampoo a 10/10. I have read most of the comments and tried the shampoo myself. Like many of you, this shampoo reduced my shedding by 90%. I would consider the strengths: the customer service was good, and the product was wonderful. Improvements or suggestions: I would like to buy all products from the United States; maybe a bigger bottle would be nice. The products have arrived, and I've tried most of them out. They do feel good, so it's a great start, but of course, it's way too early to talk about their effectiveness. Strengths: Very informative site and great customer service. I will be buying from them again. Improvements or suggestions: I was sent links to tracking sites that did not seem to work. I decided to wait anyway, and after two weeks, they did arrive (the site clearly states that 1-2 weeks are usually needed, so no complaints there), but I did fear that the package had gotten lost towards the end of the second week. Thankfully, that wasn't the case.
