Easy website to navigate. Straightforward secure ordering process. Strengths: See previous answer. Improvements or suggestions: UPS delivery was frustrating! It was delivered twice when no one was home, according to the tracker. I thought that if I missed the 3rd attempt, things would get complicated. They didn't call ahead like other delivery firms do. I called customer service in Dublin, who were fine. The 3rd delivery occurred while I was still on the phone with them; how weird was that? All sorted now.
