For some time now, shipping has taken up to a week. There is no response to inquiries, even after multiple follow-ups. Now they are shipping with FedEx, which can take up to a week. Gerne würde ich noch anregen, dass die Farbpulver auf Verunreinigungen untersucht würden, damit man beim Malen und Betrachten nichts Unerwünschtes einatmet. Aber das nur am Rande. Man ist ja froh, sich als Naturkünstler auf diese Weise entspannen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank von meiner Seite aus für den guten und schnellen Service.
