Hey, I'm glad I paid an extra 10 euros for fast delivery after ordering late yesterday. I received an email that it would be delivered by 6 PM, so 10 minutes ago I was feeling very nauseous because I have undergone gastric reduction surgery. The nausea doesn't go away unless I take a sedative, which in my case is methylphenidate, known by the name Ritalin, but the maximum dose is 60 mg. However, I took Concerta, and one pill a day for ADHD is enough for me, but not for the nausea, which is why I was taking 6 pills every day, which is really bad.
