Goede service meerdere pogingen gedaan om ons stuur te repareren en goede terugkoppeling daarvan gehad. Helaas was het kapotte deel niet meer leverbaar en was het stuur niet reparabel.

Absolutely saved me. Bought the whole Next Level Racing Gtelite cockpit and found out the shifter mount is an "optional accessory" and Sim Race Webshop was the only place I could find it. I'm glad I did, the shipping was incredibly fast, the pricing was better than most (minus the tariffs which aren't their fault) and their follow up and communication was top notch. Great company!

Long story short i've ordered in holiday seasons , understandable that is busy but still , I wasn't a local customer so abit of attention could be applied. Initial order was canceled without telling me or reasons , had to contact them , second order was placed and after 1 week or so arrived but missing a piece that was a bummer as i had to get in touch and they had to resend that piece again most likely 1 more week or more to arrive quite dissapointing as i cannot play. The good things are that the store answers on Whatapp , would give 3 stars but ill give 4 for whatsapp.

During very busy periods, orders can unfortunately be delayed or require manual checks, and in this case the initial cancellation should indeed have been communicated more clearly — we’re sorry about that. When we noticed a part was missing from the second shipment, we acted as quickly as possible to resend it, even though we understand this resulted in additional waiting time and disappointment.

Super schnelle Lieferung mit Sendungsverfolgung! Hat alles problemlos geklappt, das Produkt war sehr gut verpackt im Originalkarton und funktioniert bis jetzt einwandfrei. Ich würde wieder dort bestellen!

Snel geleverd, fabrieksfoutje in het geleverde stuurtje maar man man na dagen van super service van deze Simrace shop bleek dat het stuur terug naar de fabrikant moet maar zelfs daarin ondersteunen ze perfect en wordt ik tot nu nog nagebeld of er al een mail is van de firma of er al meer duidelijkheid is. Super service wat je niet vaak meer tegenkomt. Chapeau toppers. Keep up the good work 💪💪💪
