Fast delivery, a factory defect in the delivered steering wheel, but after days of excellent service from this Simrace shop, it turned out that the wheel needs to be returned to the manufacturer. Even in that, they provide perfect support and I am still being called to check if there is already an email from the company or if there is any more clarity. The package was shipped in the original box. So you can see on the outside which brand the product is. Additionally, the package was sent with PostNL, which meant that my package was simply left behind while it was supposed to be sent to a pickup point if no one was home. And that is often the case. Everything else is fine.
