The R9 turned out to be a second-hand item that also showed defects. I registered a return, and they responded quickly with apologies, promising to send a new one as soon as the package was on its way to their warehouse. This was not the case, and a day later I received an email stating that the money would be refunded within 14 days, which ultimately took 6 days. All in all,
