They have a wide range of products. They clearly indicate what is in stock and what is not, and they adhere to delivery times!

I had to wait a very long time for a response regarding the delayed order; unfortunately, I will not be ordering here again.

Dear bruzski, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that your order has been delayed and that you found our response to be too late. We completely understand how frustrating this is. We have looked into the matter and can indeed confirm that there was a significant delay with PostNL. Additionally, we only found a WhatsApp message from you. Since we receive a large number of messages via WhatsApp daily, it can unfortunately happen that a message is not picked up as quickly as one sent via email. This should not have happened, and we sincerely apologize for that. We take your feedback seriously and will do our best to improve this in the future, so that customers are assisted more quickly and clearly. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and provide you with a better experience. Best regards, Team Sim Race Webshop
