The product that I received was well packaged and delivered once ready. I was a bit disappointed that I had to message a lot to find out the state of my delivery. It would be a good idea to ensure that the my account page works for a start and that a flow is shown to see where the delivery is as well as any delays or comments. would've stopped me wondering where my package was after 2 months.
