Very good follow-up and support from Jordy when everything went wrong with DHL. Every call was answered immediately. Top service, which for me is the most important part of a webshop; you can often buy the products elsewhere, but not the after-sales service. That makes the difference. Well done!

Bought a Leoxz steering wheel, it was a return with slight damage (which I was aware of). It took a few days before the purchase could be made, they responded very slowly and I had to call about it myself repeatedly. After payment and shipping, I received the package neatly, unfortunately, they did not check the return properly because there were 2 m5 washers in the steering wheel itself on the circuit board. 1 of them was irritating at the shift paddle, making it impossible to shift. For an amount of €649, you still expect everything to be in order.
