Dear Thomas, Your order is shipped with the letterpost with tracking (Deutschepost) This we used for small products. It is a low shipping cost solution for our customers. Site states "ship same day" and in stock, but this is not the case, it just means your order has been received... 11 days later I'm waiting for this arrive in UK. I got some responses on this saying next week or so. Whereas if you state correct info in first place then you won't have annoyed customers.
