I ordered a growing kit, and it was delivered quickly. It took almost 4 weeks for the first pinheads to grow. I sent Smartific several emails, and they were answered promptly by Smartific.

Easy to use with plenty of payment options, and very good and responsive customer support. The only thing that could've made the experience better was if the discount offers were more visible, I kind of regretted not making use of the current one. EDIT: Once major a major kudos & thank you to the outstanding service, they were even more supportive and responsive for my second order, offering a lot of different options for resolving the issue, while constantly giving me reassurance and updates that things are going well. If this reaches any of the higher ups at your company, please give proper praise to the customer support, they more than deserve it!
