Congratulations!! Excellent quality and great fit of the various shirts and polos!! I was very satisfied! Out of 8 purchased products, I only had to return 1 shirt. Therefore, my only suggestion for improvement is that returns should not only be possible through a selected carrier (DPD), and the return costs of €12.56 could be covered by R2 given the high number of ordered products - that would be an investment in customer loyalty.
Great service, ordered 2 shirts and received them the next day. Tried them on and unfortunately they were too tight, initiated an exchange for a new size the same day and sent the package back. The new shirts arrived the next day. This is excellent service.
