I have already purchased 38 shirts from you, and because I was so satisfied, I placed an order for 9 new shirts! Some still have the same quality, but there were a few with disappointing finishing, loose threads that were not removed everywhere, and buttonholes that were not properly finished... The quality has also changed significantly; some are almost impossible to iron! I find this very unfortunate because my husband loves a well-finished shirt! I was also supposed to receive a 10% discount for signing up for the newsletter and on my first order, but I did not receive that either? It's a pity!! Now I have to look for another brand because I want my husband to be satisfied with what he wears.

I ordered 2 shirts size 46 / 18.5 inches. They arrived 2 weeks later size 48. I have taken them to the clothes seamstress to have them adjusted at a cost of €25 each. Yes, I know that the invoice states size 48. I ordered 46 (I have a previous shirt from R2 Amsterdam size 46 so that's why I know what size I ordered. I dealt with Hilde who was very good and receptive. The shirts arrived Saturday morning and now I am having them altered.
