Hello, since you asked for my opinion, here it is. The items arrived intact inside, fortunately, but the cardboard packaging was damaged and open on one side, patched up with tape (I took a photo). So the score of 2 is for the delivery, but for the items, I would give them a 4 or 5 because they seem to be of good quality. We'll see when we play with them. I'm not asking for any compensation since the order was complete, but if you could use sturdier packaging for heavy parcels, it would prevent this kind of inconvenience for others. Kisses.
