I ordered the Aar Ripper X in the color white/green. After 1.5 weeks, I inquired about my order, and only then did they inform me that the color was not available and offered me an alternative along with a free hard case as compensation. I then ordered the bags in blue/green. After further inquiries, they explained that this color was also unavailable. I then agreed and chose the bags in white/red. These were eventually delivered. As I suspected, the hard case that was supposed to be included as compensation was missing. Sorry, but I dislike this.
