I don't get any response to my questions in the chat and via email. The ordered items are very nice and were delivered quickly.

Beautiful products, but the website and customer service leave much to be desired. The information on the website is not complete, or at least I can't find it. It also states that there will be a response in a few minutes on the chat, but this has not been the case each time. Not even on the same day. In response to the email I received, I cannot reply (which is desirable, since both times I asked something, my question was not answered by the customer service representative). Last but not least, part of my order had some diapers neatly in the box, two were in a broken box, and some were just loose in the shipping box. Very strange.

We placed a large order, but everything was neatly packed in one box of good size. We are now richer by a stack of nice pocket diapers, boosters, and washable wipes.
