    On our website, delivery time to Italy from our adres in the Netherlands is clearly stated as 3–5 business days.

    Additionally, your order includes a backorder item with a delivery time of 8–14 business days due to that its a USA Hot Topic exclusive. Also this was shown on our website.

    We have complied with all stated terms and agreements.

    The package has not arrived yet, because it is still within the expected delivery timeframe.
