Poker Merchant

I bought an expensive Pokertable from Pokermerchant.com. The delivery took quite some time and the parts arrived in to separate shipments. So far so good But unfortunately the table was damaged during delivery. After getting into contact with PM and giving them detailed descriptions of the damages on a 2.500€ poker table the hustle started. Multiple damages like leather parts have multiple wholes in them, table legs have scratches, electric plugs for different countries, one germany plug bend etc. after documenting all damages and reporting them to PM i even got a quote to get the leather parts fixed. Repair costs of about 500€ plus i would have to transfer the table to the workshop and back. They went willing to exchange the dama

Advertises fast delivery, but has not shipped order on third day. However, fairly quick response to query regarding the status on order and cited 'business' as the reason for delay. Acceptable, but unfortunate. Prices are very competitive in a European context, and maybe a little less if North America is included. Fairly nice, relevant, and broad product portfolio. 3.5/5. 4.5 without the delay. Update: Still not even handed to GLS om the flirte day. Needed the stuff saturday which does not seem possible. 2/5.

Delivery was fast, however I had some issues when placing the order; after payment failed there was no error message or anything to tell me what went wrong. In addition the page I got redirected to was no longer in English and I had issues understanding it. Thankfully there was Whatsapp contact info and I got great help and support from there, and was finally able to place my order :)

Excellent poker set. Great communication. Fast delivery. Highly recommended
