Product is very expensive but worth every penny. It was a bit annoying that after spending so much I then had to pay import and duty on top before it could be delivered but that isn't Poker Merchant's fault. The pre-sales support was excellent all via WhatsApp. Even sent me a video of the chips to get a better look before purchasing.
very unprofessional, the same day I received the shipment, I contacted them, they sent me the wrong chips, this is their answer... Thank you for your email. We have checked and it seems that our website is not up to date with the latest image. These are (new) tournament chips and not the cash game chips. So we wouldn't be able to send you a different design. However, let me know when you place another order and I'll make sure to add some free items for the inconvenience. extremely frivolous and irresponsible
