There was an issue with payment by my provider, i telephoned UV in the Netherlands from the UK, they rectified the issue immediately, friendly, responsive etc. The product arrived as promised in 3 days, no issues at all, lots of delivery options too. The is the 4th identical hat I have bought over the last 12 years. Its is crushable.
Unfortunately the package appeared to have been crushed and judging by the crease marks this had happened over an extended period. The crown of the hat was also insufficiently "stamped.
I would have returned it but the cost (to Rotterdam) was exhorbitant, plus there were customs issues - so I have steamed and ironed the hat and it is now "just about" presentable.
I did not vote for Brexit and abhor its results, but this is the world the UK lives in and in future I will seek to purchase from a retailer having UK stock and a UK returns process. This site is named UV fashions UK so ia aimed at UK customers. It would have been nice to be warned about the post Brexit customs bill which was a third of the cost of the items. This could have been avoided if i had placed two smaller orders of less then £135.
The coolibar long sleeved t-shirts are great and really comfortable to wear. These t-shirts are a really great product.
I also had the fingerless hand covers which are also excellent.
This time I purchased a workout top in a burgandy colour. I am disppointed with it for two reasons. Firstly the material is not the nice soft cotton of the t-shirts and does not feel so comfortable againat the skin. The second thing is that coolibar is written in big letters down the back, and I don't see why i should go round doing free advertising. I prefer the garments with the discreet chevrons on.
Having checked the government website i strongly advise people not to make orders of over £135 if you don't want a nasty surprise.Reply from UV-Fashions.co.ukDear Susi,

I am happy to hear that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the Coolibar UV-long sleeved t-shirts and the UV-hand covers.
The UV-long sleeved t-shirts are indeed super soft because they are made of cotton.
The UV-fitness shirt, on the other hand, is made of polyester.
The fitness shirt is specifically designed for sports.
