Is LumenXL.dk trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

Instead of sending mee the row of light ordered, they send me a whole crate of extension cords. When I call the Danish support number, an Indian call center answers, and they are not able to resolve the issue of sending me the wrong parcel.

Our customer support has reached out to you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The warehouse had sent you too many extension cords, where the second parcel was still on its way. According to the track and trace information of your 2nd parcel, it arrived a few days ago. Our customer service has sent you a free return label, so that you can return the extension cords for free.
