One chain was broken. I sent you guys a video and photos of the broken item. After this I went on vacation. When I got back I emailed you that the replacement discription was fullfilling and that I was willing to replace the broken item myself. However, your employee "Simon" demanded that I sent new photos and video or returned the entire chain. I have deleted the photos and video, and it was a bit troublesome to get the video hense I had to bring everything home from my warehouse (super bad light on the warehouse). So now I will have to spend time returning it and getting a new chain where I have to put entire new bulbs in ... instead of just replacing the broken part, which I could easily do myself. Just because "Simon" becomes stubborn and don't wan't to accept the things I already sent to LumenXL. (This will also be posted on your trustpilot and facebook and google business).
