    At first I didn't receive the parcel. It disappeared somewhere between LumenXL and DPD, they never found out where. After 8 days I contacted LumenXL, and they asked me to fill out a form. Then they sent me a new parcel, and I received that after 2 days. I guess someone made a mistake, but as soon as I contacted them, I got quick response from customer service and they resent the order. And the product was fine.
