I’d like to start the review by saying I visited the shop irl in 2017 and placed three orders in the last 7 years. Never had any complaints since now. I’d also like to say that I’m quite navigated in magic truffles, I know how to take them and I also followed the instructions provided on the site.
Placed an order in mid June, three boxes of truffles and one grow kit. The grow kit doesn’t seem to be growing anything (again, read the instructions throughly and stored the box appropriately), and it’s been 20 days
The truffles didn’t do a thing, I ate those specific truffles before and always worked fine.
I ate them with two friends of mine, none of us felt anything.
I reached out to them, even saying that it could probably be a defect developed during the transportation since it’s really hot in Italy right now, so I didn’t blame them at first. Just said the truffles didn’t work.
After an excruciating exchange of emails they concluded that it was my fault (“truffle effect may very”, “you ate too little” as if it was the first time I ate them), offered a 40% discount that is already available site-wide to any customer at the time I’m writing (so they didn’t offer anything) and told me to get over it basically. It’s a shame cause I’m not a first time customer, I know how high my tolerance is and I know how to assume the truffles.
I see I’m not the only one that had a similar issue to my experience, too bad they didn’t change their policy.
I know they’ll reply by saying that they did everything possible and they “offered me a solution”, also that the customer service is fair. No it’s not, I’m sorry, and you didn’t do anything to help my situation. You just told me to buy some more (but with a site-wide public discount! c: ), as if I were to do so after your replies.
Don’t buy from them, there are far better shops that sell grow kits and truffles than this one. Don’t reach out to them if you don’t wanna be blamed for their faults and scammed.Antwoord van Tatanka.nlHe Angelica,

As a frequent user you should know to taking extra magic truffles after 5 hours to enhance the effect has 0 effect. You're also talking about an experiences over 7 years, a human body changes over time to the effects magic truffles could cause (even more when you're a frequent user). In your situation, taking 10 grams, the probability that it is too less is assumable. But our team does not work with assumable and dove straight in to batch checking, ticket comparing and quality checks. This process, taking hours, we do as a service to provide the best possible answers for your case.
In your specific case we stand by our answer (which is not as you provided in your review) but more customer friendly. We offered you a personal discount on your next complete order. But due to the high discount at the moment at magic truffles, we would advice you to use the site-wide code.
We honestly can't imagine who would write a review like this without having the intention to get something out of it. Next to batch checking, ticket comparing and quality checks we even provided tips and extra information to help you with next trips.

Been buying from these guys from years but it’s the second time that I buy ‘High Hawaiians’ and I don’t feel any effects, texted the shop and they answered me as if I am a child who doesn’t know what he’s doing LOL.
I’ve done even 3 days in a row of mushrooms, heavy trips, always eating only fruits before the start of the trip and never had a problem, so I don’t think the reasons they gave me are valid, but ok, just time to change shop I guess.Antwoord van Tatanka.nlHe Andres,

Taking shrooms / truffles 2 days in a row and consuming sweets / sugar / fruits will reduce the effect on the second day. It is always recommended to take a break in between. This explains why day 1, you felt awesome with all effects and the second days almost nothing.
