Fast delivery!

I took 20 Gr mexicanians and feel nothing, mushrooms were expired because long time in delivery (10 days)

-It was sketchy how I had to send the money to a bank account rather than do a direct online purchase and I can see that as a deal breaker for potential customers. -I also opened a ticket to request a change in my order (to add more products) 1-2 days after my order, and even though it should have been possible as my order wasn't even packed and sent to be delivered yet, they told me nothing can be done, which is a shame cause shipping costs are very expensive and now I don't plan on making another purchase soon, so both the customer and the company lost value for no reason. +The package was delivered on time and even earlier I think. Also, as soon as I received the package I got a confirmation through email which made me feel secure and trust the supplier for the shipping partner they have chosen. Overall experience is that while there were some negatives, at the end of the day I received my package early and before I had the chance to worry about something going wrong, and that is the most important thing in online shopping.
