Order placed on Feb 4th. Should’ve arrived on Feb 8th. On Feb 10th, shipping company told me via phone call they lost the parcel (confirmed via email on Feb 13th). I emailed Tatanka informing them on Feb 9th, 10th and 12th, and they opened a case only on Feb 14th. I’ll have to wait for 3-5 extra work days before an update. When I complained and asked for more information (I needed an answer on a rush), they mocked me. They said “this is the procedure. Read the steps, and when you’re done read them again”. The order was for a friend’s birthday, happened on Feb 13th. He’ll never receive it (he moved out of the given address on Feb 16th), and Tatanka knew it when I first contacted them.
