Order was placed and paid for 9 days ago. Still haven't received any shipping confirmation. Emailed support to confirm progress 24 hours later no response. Can't confirm quality of product but am not impressed with customer service at all.

Good price for good product and prompt delivery- i would like to add that i did experience difficulties with my online account and am continuing to have further difficulties which are making it impossible to make a durther order through my account.. i hope that this will be resolved soon

Lovely products and arrived quickly

Appalling service. Order placed and paid for. Dispatched then after three days tracking stopped and no delivery. Waited a further four days still no update or delivery. Complained to seller and asked for refund. They are now ignoring my requests to cancel order and issue a refund. They simply blame the carrier and advise ‘For now, there is nothing more we can do but wait and see.’ (Direct quote from the alleged owner) So 8 days after placing an order; no delivery, out of pocket and seller refusing to refund me.

Simply a brilliant experience all round. A fabulous company. With first class products and service.
