Received a page with missing products. The support says everything was send out, but they cant prove it. Also the products that I received do not produce the desired effects. Never buying there again

Your complaint was send about the mimosa after you have used the product to make something we do not sell. This means you did not use the mimosa whole and changed the product. We are not responsable for the quality of mimosa anymore when you do not use it in it's original form. We stand behind the quality of our products and we for a fact know that our mimosa is one of our best selling products due to the amazing pure quality of the item.

This is the second time that I ordered 3 growkits and asked for 3 different strains, which I then received. The first time it was Cambodian, Hawaiian and Treasure Coast. All of them were easy to handle and got multiple yields!

Hi all.
This was my first purchase from the AVALON store. My first cultivation and first very pleasant encounter with magic mushrooms.
First things first. Before deciding to purchase, I studied the information of many famous authors and scientists. There were no difficulties in growing. And this makes me happy, because I am a beginner and have no experience. Exactly a week later the first mushrooms appeared. It was nice to watch - they grew by leaps and bounds.
The first collection was plentiful. Having a medical education, I prepared carefully for the first dive. The mushrooms worked gently and carefully. For the first time I took 2 grams, there was no guide. And a miracle happened......
I am very grateful to the team for their support.
Many thanks to Derek, he always answered my questions and gave advice.
I will share my experience and recommend your store.
PS. And I’ll say a few more words about delivery. I have been living in Germany for 2 years. Delivery here is not the best. Every time I get nervous, they don’t deliver it on the specified day and time.
But this is not the seller's fault.
In other countries, delivery service is much higher. -

Unfortunately, my order did not arrive. Not Avalons fault I guess, still disappointing due to the great offer I am missing out.
I still rate 5* since the customer service were up to the task and gave me the option to either send my order again (since it must have gotten lost) or to receive a refund.
(I am working from home which is why I was at home at all times. Though, the delivery service (MRW) claimed that they tried to deliver but couldn't because no one would have been at home... 🤔
Maybe there is way that PostNL uses UPS?

hello my name is angelie ojouduit I'm not happy because I received my order box 4 174.63€
2box avk black mold from ah poor preparation of my order the ojouduit I am told they are willing to replace them for me my view I threw away the boxes with the lot numbers this 2 box lost basically chui in the group since 2001 I designed the site by friends my ojouduit I will unsubscribe and no longer order on this site because very very disappointed -
