It Took you one month to Check my Payment and to deliver my Order and This was Not the Bad Part , the three grow Boxs (ready to Grow ) but it did not work so I tried by Myself to Cultivate Some shrooms wich worked I tried Another Shop wich worked too

Hi Alexander! I'm sorry to read the boxes did not work out as you hoped. We checked our e-mail but we did not find a message from you about the complaint. We just want to make sure you know that we are always here to help if you experience any issues in the future. You have a guarantee on the items with the batch numbers. All you need to do is contact us within 6/8 weeks if the boxes do not work and we will have them checked and find a good solution together. le délai d'envoie annoncé était de 2 à 3 jours.Cela fait 5 jours et le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé. Le prix d'envoie est de ce fait très cher (hier le paquet n'était toujours pas envoyé)...

Hi Laura, I'm sorry to read the delivery company has been unable to ship your package within the time we strive. Sometimes they need a day or more time to deliver your package. We always try our best to get the packages out on the same day the payments are made to help the proces. But unfortunately sometimes we have bad luck with the shipping. I see Jenn has already offered to refund your shipping costs due to the inconvenience. ma premiere boxe a été contaminer au bout de 8 jour alors que j'ai tout fait dans les regle je vais recommencer avec une autre pour voir pis ont verra
