Hello Amine, Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify things for people reading this review. We have send Amine several screenshots of our bank showing that the payment has not arrived in any way. We have send screenshots of the name in our bank and the order number. Nothing showed up and said that there were no results in payments under that name or order number. We have been so freely to share that information because we have no intentions in keeping payments from our customers. We have also asked for the contact person of the bank that Amine has used to send us the payment. We have offered to talk to them to ask about the send payment. Hopefully that will bring more clarity to the situation, as we are a honest company that only wish to help our customers with the great experience of our products and service. Team Avalon
