Magic truffle express

Ordering was easy, and I have ordered here several times; everything has always been perfectly fine.

I placed an order on the Magic Truffle Express website, and it was supposed to be delivered to a service point. However, my package never arrived, and I have already emailed MTX about this three times, but I haven't received any response. The phone number also doesn't work, so if something goes wrong with the order, it's impossible to get in touch, and you end up losing your order...

Yesterday at 9:00 AM, I ordered two packages of double vision. I paid immediately. To this day, I have not received the package or any message.

I have placed several orders in the past few months, and the quality and service have always been excellent. The fact that the post sometimes takes a day longer is something MTX can't do much about; the message is to plan your trip in advance.

We ordered on February 2nd, and the truffles were delivered the next day. Quick delivery of the magic truffles, so no issues here. I'm trying them for the first time, so I can't comment on the effects yet.

Firstly, My package got returned because of "incorrect address" (which wasn't incorrect) but that is the PostNL's fault not Magic Truffle but after it being returned to them I emailed them to see if they could send my package back again but its been a couple days and they still haven't replied. I lost 70 euros.....
