Fast shipping, very good communication from customer service. The only downside, and not a minor one, is that for some of my fabrics, I received 1.5m on one side and 1.40m on the other, which is 10cm less on one side. The fact that the fabric is torn instead of cut often creates this kind of problem. I understand that it saves time, but in the meantime, it's 10cm less. Fortunately, pattern designers usually recommend a bit more in their fabric requirements.

Beautiful quality fabrics at a good price. However, it can sometimes be difficult to assess online whether a fabric is of light or heavy quality, for example with jersey.
