Dear Lydia, thank you for review. We always appreciate it when someone takes effort in letting us know how we did.

We send you two emails regarding this matter. The first one on 20-08-2025, 40 minutes after you send your initial email. The second email you send was on 20-08-2025 at 15:52. We responded to that email the next morning at 09:07. So practically the first thing we did after opening the office.
This second email was send via Shopify, our business partner for our webshop. Perhaps this email got in your spam? Please check. In this email we said that we do not need the item back as we cannot claim this with our supplier. We also made sure you will get your money back for this order. This was also in the same email.
