Fast and careful delivery and communication. There was some confusion regarding the delivery. Initially, I received a message from a delivery service that they would deliver, but then I got a message that the delivery was canceled. When I reached out, I was helped extremely kindly and it turned out that they had switched delivery services to ensure that I would receive my order as quickly as possible. I had no objections to that, of course. It's just a pity that the accessories I wanted to order additionally were not available.

Quick processing of the order and at a good price. The product looked like new and was complete. However, there was no Dutch plug included with the printer, which was not mentioned in the description. Fortunately, I had one available. Afterwards, Compridis contacted me about the plug and resolved it nicely! Great.
