Waardeloze klantenservice (mens of chatbot?)
Misleiding: Bij een bestelling boven de €100,00 zou je een glitter krijgen. Voordat ik de bestelling plaatste heb ik gevraagd wat de glitter was. Dit zou (Phone Charm | Glitter | Mariah) zijn. Toen ik mijn bestelling ontving, zat er niks bij. Mail gestuurd en excuses gekregen; de (Phone Charm | Glitter | Mariah) zou nagestuurd worden. Ik ontving een andere glitter (een klein tubetje met een weet ik wat voor ding). Ze geven de schuld aan de Chatbot die het verkeerde heeft gemeld wat erbij zit.

My wife originally purchased a Dutchies iPhone case in 2023. She was so impressed with the quality of the product that when she upgraded her phone in March this year she purchased another Dutchies phone case. Sadly, the quality of the current product is not what it used to be, 6 months later the new case looks much older and more worn out than the old case she used for 2 years. The dye is wearing off the leather. The stitching is coming undone on the strap. The plastic edging on the leathers strap is peeling off in places. It is obvious that Dutchies has found ways to cut costs. Disappointing.

I have recently purchased a case for samsung s23ultra and the case quality and packaging everything was super good, only draw back for the model i can't take out my spen its covered by the case. If that issue is resolved then its one of the best case for samsung series with spens.

As described, seems very strong (so good anti-theft, the reason I bought it). Only design wise, if you look at the pictures the case is always showing with the inside of your phone towards your body, this way you can’t actually use the phone. I wish there was a way you could turn the phone more easily… Needs a deep think. Now to have the phone around you and use it at the same time, the screen is always showing towards other people/away from you.

Only thing that was annoying is that when you order a case & a thick strap you are at €68 whilst free delivery is only from €70, smart way to letting you buy an extra strap of €22 but also just piteous.
