EMMSO

I ordered 4 products on February 24, paid for them, and have received nothing. I am not getting any response to my emails and no confirmation of my order. I see that I transferred money to a German bank account. I am worried that I won't hear from them again, and that their website is still open, allowing anyone to fall for it again and order from them.

It took about 8 weeks to receive the product. They said it would only take about 1 week to send out. Then they didn't reply to my email enquiring about the delay. They were also supposed to send 3 tins of the product (which they charged me for) but 1 large container was received. I can only hope it's the same product that I ordered.

Order for an extra matte Bona Traffic varnish. €240. HAS NOT ARRIVED. No response to emails. I believe this is a scam; they do not provide an invoice.

Fast and efficient service!!

I ordered and paid for 5 liters of oil soap but only received 3.75 liters after 14 days. There has been no response to my email/complaint, which is very disappointing! I do not recommend EMMSO. Can I change the rating to 0 stars? I have received no response from this supplier!
