The order arrived on time.

I had to wait a very long time for a response regarding my order, and I hope the rest of the order doesn't take another 5 weeks????

I needed primer by a certain date. I ordered in time, yet it still threatened to arrive late. I was given the option to pick it up on Saturday at Blue Dolphin, but that was both too far away and I could never make it there before closing time. I asked if the product could then be considered a return right away, which would save on shipping costs. No response. I still haven't received my money (€121.45) back. I've asked twice and received no response both times. This is terrible.

Product arrived two weeks after I ordered it. Emmso did not respond when I emailed to ask about the delay. The container was poorly packaged and quite badly dented on arrival, but thankfully it did not leak.

Order tracking was difficult (no phone contact and no way to reach out except via email). The order arrived partially and in very unsuitable packaging.

I am waiting for my package.
